 I must apologize to our avid followers who have probably been checking our blog nightly for new posts... While we may have been too busy to log on and tell you about our lives, I assure you that there has been no shortage of adventures nor magic making.

Lindley Hut Trip

This past weekend 10 of us went to the Lindley hut outside of Aspen.  That place is amazing and has some of the best views I have ever seen.

However, being a popular man (for good reason), Jaron already had plans to watch football in Stapleton and wasn't able to come "hang out at dah barn with Mike." This didn't stop the wash park crew from partying, though every toast was made to their wonderful yet absent 29-year-old friend.

 Technology allowed the crew to provide birthday entertainment to Jaron and all of his facebook friends via a performance of Third Eye Blind. Even Wade, a tough cookie to please, was amazed at his friend's musical inclination..,"They sounded just like the real band!"

To everyone's delight, Jaron graced dah barn with his glorious presence after the games (which we will not talk about.) Hugs and happy birthdays were exchanged. Hope Jaron had an awesome day, we love him!

Barnmates Down

Long stories short, Alicia is down and out with an injured hamstring and I separated my shoulder.  I don't know which injury has a better backstory...Alicia thinking she could jump into the splits during a danceoff at her local bar back home, or me going mach 10 down a blue (or was it a green?) and catching my edge.

One thing I know for sure, neither Alicia or I are very good at sitting around doing nothing.  Alicia already tweaked her hammy again after becoming restless and trying to workout, and I am sure I will come back from my week in Vegas with my arm hanging off after thinking I could swim in the Bellagio fountains like Schmidty.
